Campaign goals
Reach — to show the brand to as many unique users as possible. This is important for creating wide recognition and strengthening the brand image in the minds of potential customers.
Interaction — active audience engagement through likes, comments, and reposts. This helps build trust in the brand and stimulates discussion.
Traffic on Instagram — drive targeted traffic to the brand's Instagram profile to increase the number of followers and engagement.
Reach with video optimization — increase engagement through video formats. Introducing users to Libero products and brand values through short videos.
Campaign results
Reach:
We reached 3 006 038 unique users, effectively introducing them to the Libero brand. This is a huge step in building awareness and establishing an emotional connection with the target audience.
Interaction:
User engagement was high: 617 206 interactions (likes, comments, and reposts) showed that the audience was interested in the products and ready to interact with the content. This increased brand trust and engagement.
Traffic on Instagram:
The campaign resulted in 59 114 clicks on the brand's Instagram profile. This helped to expand the brand's social media audience and attract new followers who engage with regular updates.
Cost per click (cost per click):
Thanks to proper optimization, we were able to keep the CPC at $0.03, which makes this campaign not only effective but also cost-effective for the brand.
CTR (click-through rate):
The click-through rate was 1.60%, which demonstrates how successfully the creatives attracted attention and encouraged users to click through to the brand's profile.
Conclusions
Libero's Facebook and Instagram promotion campaign was aimed at creating a deep connection with the audience, increasing reach and engagement. By using various formats — from videos to static posts — we achieved high brand awareness, which was confirmed by the results of interaction and traffic to the profile. The campaign has demonstrated that the effective use of digital tools not only increases audience interest but is also cost-effective for the brand.
In the future, we plan to develop the engagement strategy by working with the audience through more detailed segments and testing new creative formats.
