Campaign objectives

To promote Mitsubishi Motors on Facebook and Instagram, we set ourselves several key goals:

Reach — to introduce as many new unique users to the brand as possible and increase its awareness.

Interaction — to stimulate audience engagement: comments, likes, reposts, which helps build trust in the brand.

Likes and followers — increase the number of followers to the Mitsubishi Motors business page.

Instagram traffic — drive targeted traffic to the brand's Instagram profile to increase the number of followers and engagement.

Key metrics and results of the campaign

Advertising goal: Reach. The campaign reached 3 155 083 unique users. This allowed Mitsubishi Motors to reach a wide audience and increase brand awareness among potential customers.

Advertising goal: Interaction. We achieved 1 222 538 interactions (likes, comments, reposts), which showed high audience interest in the brand. This activity increased trust in Mitsubishi Motors and helped to build a loyal community.

Advertising goal: Likes and followers. During the campaign, we managed to attract 4 008 
new followers to the Mitsubishi Motors business page on Facebook and Instagram. 
This increased engagement and interaction with the brand's content.

Advertising goal: Traffic to Instagram. The campaign resulted in 32 101 clicks on the brand's Instagram profile, which significantly increased the flow of targeted traffic and interaction with the account.

Cost per click (CPC): Thanks to ad optimization, the cost per click was $0.05, making the campaign extremely cost-effective.

CTR (click-through rate): The click-through rate of the ads reached 1.15%, which demonstrates the high efficiency of the creatives and the correct targeting of the interested audience.

Implementation of the campaign

The campaign took place in several stages, each of which involved working with different advertising formats. We used both static images and video formats, which helped to increase engagement and make the content more attractive to different audience segments.

We worked with several audiences:

  • Car enthusiasts: users who are interested in cars and technology
  • Current and potential Mitsubishi owners: audiences who have already interacted with the brand or similar products
  • General audience: users with more general interests, including cars, technology and active lifestyles

To improve subscription and engagement rates, we adapted creatives to the interests of the audience, which allowed us to minimize the cost of interactions and clicks.

Conclusions

The Mitsubishi Motors Facebook and Instagram campaign demonstrated strong results across all targeted metrics. We successfully increased the reach, engagement, and followers, as well as drove a significant amount of targeted traffic to the brand's Instagram profile. Optimization of advertising allowed us to maintain a low cost per click and achieve a high level of click-through rate.

Mitsubishi Motors continues to expand its presence in the digital environment, and our successful advertising campaign was an important step towards building a strong connection between the brand and its target audience.
