The above General Policy still applies to individuals who reside outside of Ukraine or whose personal data has been collected by Stratton Analytics LLC or its agents («Stratton», «we», «us» or «our») in a country other than Ukraine. However, under various international regulations, these individuals may be entitled to additional disclosures. This International Privacy Policy (the «International Policy») supplements the above general policy, but if the provisions of the general policy and this International Policy cannot be interpreted in a consistent manner, the International Policy will prevail.
